Paid $160.00 for 5 minutes to have ruff spot on denture that Dr Jacobson made fixed. The staff was rude and said he has to be paid for his time. That I hadn’t been in for a year. That is $30 some odd dollars a minute. I will never go there again. I had $165.00 in my checking account and no money for gas to get home. I figured $50 or $60 but $160 for 5 minutes. Crazy.

I had a sore on my gum from my dentures. Dentures that Dr Jacobsen had made. I had been going to dr Jacobsen for twenty years. So I called they said come in 2:30. He spent 5 minutes with me but fixed the denture and charged me $160.00. That is 30 some dollars a minute. I had $165.00 in my account and not enough gas to get home on. I figured maybe 50 or 60 the receptionist was rude and said dr has to be paid for his time. I told her I will never be back. WIFE WAS SENT TO HIM TO REPAIR IMPLANT THAT WAS OVER 5 YEARS OLD. HE CONVINCED HER TO GET DIFFERENT TEETH FOR 4000 DOLLARS. THEY WERE CHEAP AND LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD A CAVITY. THEY WERE POORLY MADE FOR IMPLANTS AND CAUSED HER TO LOOSE TASTE OF FOODS ALSO IF SHE WORE THEM TO LONG THEY GOT A SIME ARROUND THEM AND IT MADE HER SICK. SHE IS BACK WEARING HER OLD TEETH AND WE ARE OUT OVER 2000 DOLLARS AND CANNOT GET NEW TEETH THROUGH INSURANCE FOR 5 YEARS. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN HIM..

Office isn’t much but Dr. Jacobsen is probably one of the best, if not the best, specialist in the Midwest when it comes to restoration and prosthetics. It’s really an art form and he’s about the best you’ll find.
