Office isn’t much but Dr. Jacobsen is probably one of the best, if not the best, specialist in the Midwest when it comes to restoration and prosthetics. It’s really an art form and he’s about the best you’ll find.
I’m am getting my work through the VA. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and Dr Jacobsen! First class act! Would recommend 10/10 times! Friendly family place who knows your name!!
Receptionist quite rude, unwilling to listen. Pricing and longevity/purpose (for "immediate" vs. "complete" dentures) not explained well. Recommend searching for better dentist for positive outcomes/experience.
Took my boyfriend here to get his filling and my cleanings done. Great dentist and great assistants!! The hygienist is amazing. I definitely recommend this office to anyone is looking for a prosthodontist/general dentist. This office is very laid back and willing to work with our accommodations. They’re very efficient in getting stuff done.
I accompanied my daughter-in-law to have a consultation for getting dentures. The doctor and his nurse were fine very helpful and then we started talking about the cost of the procedures. The receptionist in the front office was the rudest most obnoxious woman that I have ever met in my life.
