I arrived early for a new patient appointment for my daughter who is 1. On the phone they said I should be in and out in 15 minutes because it’s a quick check for one year old to make sure their teeth are coming in. We waited over an hour, the excuse was they had to file the paper work. I had filled it out quickly! It doesn’t take over 45 minutes to file paperwork. Maybe it was just a bad day for the practice. We have twin daughters and they both went today. One had an ok experience and the other was awful. If your child has zero anxiety they might be ok. If they have anxiety I recommend you go somewhere else. His patient manor is awful. He didn't even talk to one of the twins and just shoved the mouthpiece in her mouth. Waiting room very cramped and no protection for those waiting from automobile driving through front windows. I have witnessed two such happenings where someone by accident drove through storefronts and into the establishment. While waiting for my child I was very anxious to just get out as I saw the coming and going of automobiles. Service was good

Both of my kids visit this dentist. The staff and dr are very professional. The front desk personnel are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to answering any question I have!
