I saw Dr Krumholz for a GI issue that Ive been having for over three years. I had some knowledge of my condition but I was seeking a second opinion and understanding of what was going on with me. Overall ,I feel like visiting him was a waist of my time. I was only seen once, and then immediately scheduled for a barrage of test. He never discussed any of my results with me and had his staff call me, I asked more than once to speak with him, instead I was sent a very vague letter.
There is something about Dr.Krumholtz that put me at ease. I had faith in him...enough faith to face my fears and go through with an endoscopy. The worrying was far worse than the actual procedure. He listened. He explained. He made a plan for me. I found him to be confident and knowledgeable in his field of expertise.
