He rushed me as a patient and was only interested in conducting the surgeries. I still have problems breathing after the surgery and he didn’t even want to see me post op. He instructed his staff to notify me that there was nothing else he can do for me and I would have to find another ENT. I do not recommend this ENT at all! The least he could have done, was see me in person and told me this himself.
Great experience with Dr Kronenberger! I did a FB post asking for recommendations and LOTS of my friends had glowing reviews of him Dr K is Incredibly professional. I had sinus infections that never cleared up. Dr. Kronenberger x-rayed my sinuses and showed me the infection in two of my sinus sacs. Dr.K suggested surgery and I agreed. I had surgery on May 6, 2025. Surgery was a success. Thank you Dr.
I came to Dr. Kronenberger because of a persistent sore throat and earache. He was incredibly kind and thorough, running several tests to figure out what was going on. He diagnosed me with TMJ, which explained the pain but while reviewing my X-ray, he also noticed a deviated septum. First of all after reading all the bad reviews I will agree that DR. Kronenberger does not listen very well to his patients and likes to hear himself talk also the office staff is not very good at following up and for them to tell me that I need to call around and find a Imaging facility to do a swallow test is not professional in my eyes . There for I had to call my doctors office to get another referral to another ENT
