AVOID AT ALL COSTS As others have said, he was rude and dismissive. You’d think identifying the root cause of an issue and exhausting all other options before surgery would be the logical approach but Kronenberger scheduled the surgery on my second visit after identifying a deviated septum (which most humans have naturally). Kronenberger is rushed, dismissive, and rude. Find a different doctor as a visit to him is not worth your time. The audiologist isn't much better.

Doctor Kronenberger has been my doctor through my infected tonsils and treated them, recovery was surprisingly easy, every time I am in the office the workers are SO kind. I will often just talk to them and it does not at all feel like a doctors office (cold and sterilized) and I personally think that is hard to achieve. Doctor K. Is also a super kind human, he is quick to ask questions and has no problem referring out or seeking other help which is a huge green flag for me. I highly recommend this location and this doctor!

He rushed me as a patient and was only interested in conducting the surgeries. I still have problems breathing after the surgery and he didn’t even want to see me post op. He instructed his staff to notify me that there was nothing else he can do for me and I would have to find another ENT. I do not recommend this ENT at all! The least he could have done, was see me in person and told me this himself.

Great experience with Dr Kronenberger! I did a FB post asking for recommendations and LOTS of my friends had glowing reviews of him Dr K is Incredibly professional. Explains all the options - not trying to push expensive procedures, in fact I was the one to push it He said I had a slight deviation and could most likely be helped a little by surgery but it wasn’t necessary by any means I was grinding my teeth at night and suspected the cause was lack of oxygen After my septoplasty, my sleep increased greatly.
