Return policy is a joke. I tried to return something after 32 days, and they refused. No store credit. Nothing.
They had a great promotion going on and on top of that they gave me a new strap for my purse. The straps were stained from moisture and was getting raggedy looking. So not only did I buy a new bag at a great price but got my old one refreshed looking with a new strap1 I'm a happy camper!! Love MK!
Extremely poor customer service! I walked in and nobody said a word, a couple walks in a few seconds later greeted and told about the “sales” going on. The sales associate then walks up to a group of older women to make sure they are finding everything okay looks at me and just turns away. A couple walks out and is told to have a great day. At this point I leave, turn around at the door to tell the sales associate to have a nice day she is already watching me and my boyfriend leave, her response... “yeah” guess I’m better of... read more
