Stopped by Michael Kors today and had an amazing shopping experience! I purchased several items, and the customer service was impeccable. The sales associates went above and beyond to assist every customer even though the store was semi-packed, they made each person feel valued and appreciated. Wide Selection of Products At Lower Prices Than Department Stores.
Visited the Tanger Outlet Charleston SC. Was attempting to purchase a purse, in store online. I needed it shipped due to I was flying. The rep tried to assist but the ordering device wasn't charged the night before. They did not have a back up device in the store. How could an upscale designer store not ensure that all devices are charged and ready daily. This was VERY disappointing.
