I am writing to formally complain about the way I have been treated by an employee named Zenith at the Michael Kors Outlet at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge, Virginia. My husband and I went into the store. My husband wanted a belt, and I wanted a purse. Went to even exchange Xmas gift on Jan 2. A group of employees were all close to the front. We were looked up and down by which appeared to be by a manager and the rest stood there and we were never greeted. Then they stood there taking selfies with one another.
