The bad experience ever Do not buy from this store, the customer service very very bad
Fun and exciting
I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at your Michael Kors store recently. Sylvia store manager went above and beyond to help me exchange a bag, even though I didn't have the receipt. Her exceptional hospitality was fantastic, and incredibly helpful in processing a store credit for me. This experience truly exceeded my expectations and thank you very much for making my day Sylvia, you are amazingly awesome.
Always good
Until this year I bought several shoes, purses.. etc from Michael Kors. After a humiliating and false accusation I will not buy Kors products again. Last week I was confronted by a security guard at the Westfield location and told I could not enter this store. He accused me of stealing from the store. While it is possible there is someone who appears to be me I doubt it. I assume the guard was being presumptuso about my appearamce. I am undergoing a health issues.
