If I could give a zero star I would. Cindy the Bakersfield Valley Plaza store manager has a very bad, rude customer service.
Well, this was depressing. I purchased three items. A small bag wish the chain kept clinging together and it is annoying because it ruins the leather. A pair of pink sandals, which are so flat and no curve they’re simply ridiculous to wear it cause you feel like you’re walking around with clown shoes. But the last item was the final Straw.
