Nice store new collection friendly people
All I can say is wow! Went to South park to return a backpack that was on sale and a rep Laney took the return but just went through the entire bag like I was a criminal, I had the receipt it wasn't even a week I had the bag. The vibe at the Southpark location wasn't friendly more like a fake friendly and was watched the entire time. Well they're closing because they were bought out by Cartier.
I entrusted my Michael Kors Collection handbag to the Charlotte, NC store for a handle repair, believing I was placing a luxury item in capable, professional hands. While the handles were technically repaired, I was disappointed to discover that additional damage occurred during the repair process, specifically in the area that would have had to be opened to access the handles.
