Extremely poor customer service! I walked in and nobody said a word, a couple walks in a few seconds later greeted and told about the “sales” going on. The sales associate then walks up to a group of older women to make sure they are finding everything okay looks at me and just turns away. A couple walks out and is told to have a great day. At this point I leave, turn around at the door to tell the sales associate to have a nice day she is already watching me and my boyfriend leave, her response... “yeah” guess I’m better of... read more
Great, quick, friendly service! Resized my watch and set it to the correct time, took about two minutes!
The assistants were friendly and helpful! It was a group of 5 of us we all made a Purchase due to such a great sale!
