About four months ago I purchased a purse from Michael Kors (I purchased a few purses in that transaction). I used the purse once and then it laid in my drawer. I came to wear it again and I noticed that the Michael Kors had a defect and it partially changed colors I went back to the store and asked to exchange it for the EXACT same one, as there are one year warranty sign in the store.
