Mike did a fantastic job selling my house. He came over, took pictures and listed the house. The house sold fast and at a higher price than I imagined. I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went considering I was in Arizona the whole time ( my new residence ).he walked me through all of the paperwork ( e-signing etc.. ). Even the notary services here in Arizona were set up by Mike. Basically all I did was give Mike the keys, fly to AZ, e-sign documents and receive a nice check. Michael is great to work with. When looking for realtors all the other ones said yes on the phone to reusing old listing pictures but then changed their story when I met them. Micheal was the only one that was honest upfront. He’s a good, positive, smart and helpful guy. I highly recommend him!

When Michael handled the purchase of our townhouse in 2020, we not only enjoyed him immensely, but we were grateful for the job he did representing us. In fact, we liked his work so much that when we sold the townhouse in 2025, we called him immediately. He did it again. A steller job by a steller man.
