Great communication ,excellent service !!! They speak English, french,Haitian creole,spanish !!!!
The eye exam itself was fine, but the overall customer experience was lacking. Insurance wasn’t verified before arriving, even though it was provided beforehand. No effort was made to explain benefits or show products. One of the reps was too busy on with a personal call discussing her dinner plans. I ended up taking my prescription to to and definitely will not be back.
I was greeted and tested by Richard who was most professional. After meeting with Daryana Smirnova I left feeling very much happier than when I first arrived. She gave me what I was looking for and I look forward to seeing her again on a few weeks time, I was concerned that my receipt did not show that she attended to me, it was just a copy of my last visit dated correctly
