He is very kind and compassionate and he explains things very well. The Medical Assistant Terin(spelling), was amazing. She held my hand and told me all about her schooling at Mercy. She really kept my mind distracted during the injections.
Great experience, he listened to everything I had to say. Then explained what was going on, took care of my problems fast
