Excellent staffing and outstanding doctor: Dr Klufas.
My mother has macular degeneration and has seen Dr. Klufas twice for eye injections. Both visits left us deeply disappointed and concerned. The first time, she had severe neuropathy pain in her spine and thigh — so bad I thought she might be having a heart attack. When I went back for help, the doctor wouldn’t come out and told the receptionist to say it couldn’t be related and to contact her PCP or go to the ER. There was no compassion or concern at all. Best doctors office EVER!! Everyone is organized and coordinated. Upbeat atmosphere. Detail oriented. Very comforting to the patient. AND on time. Wait time is minimal to nothing. Office is clean and impeccable!! Smiles on staff as well. Dr Klufas explains everything in detail and always informative! My husband gets his eye shot with very little stress.
Dr Klufas is a wonderful retina doctor. He is very kind and always ready to listen to me and my needs. He has a great sense of what is best and explains everything in language I can understand. He uses the latest information and treatment for me. He is a very intelligent and knowledgeable person. I am happy to be his patient. 5 stars and kudos for him
Dr. Klufas is always kind and encouraging. Always professional, and willing to answer any questions, and never misses an opportunity to ask about ourselves and family. His staff is always friendly and helpful.. I think they really want to make Dr. Klufas’s job as easy for him because of their respect. Overall we are giving our best as a review.
