Dr. Ketcham was informative and wanted to explore all my options for resolving my medical issues. He’s about finding the least invasive route because he knows I need to work and recovery will be an issue. He listened to me and I felt he understood where I was coming from. He also reassured me and tried to ease my nerves about different procedures.
I was 'dismissed' as a patient 4 months along due to 'philosophical differences'. I now have to find a new provider outside of NEA which is difficult this far along. I'm beyond disappointed with the 'care' I received with this doctor & NEA should be ashamed for turning away a patient for no real reason.
