1-star review I was ready to leave my doctor of 30 years for this practice. I called for 6 months and never got a call back. When I finally expressed my frustration, the assistant dismissed me as lying. Instead of calling me to discuss it professionally, the office sent a letter to my home accusing me and telling me they wouldn't see me anymore. No phone call. No conversation. No respect. If you're looking for an office that listens and treats you fairly, this is not the place. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect.... read more
Dr Michael Kerr, is a very professional, kind, gentle, observant, patient, funny and all around lovely human and especially a Doctor. I have been wondering around going from doctor to doctor, loosing hope that I would find another good one after having had two of THE BEST DOCTORS, Dr Jinah who has retired and Dr. Shechman who is still active, unfortunately I had to move on due to distance, which I still regret to this day.
