Dr. Kelso appears to be a decent human being - at least to the degree of having some empathy relating to his patients concerns pre and post a surgical procedure. It concerns us however that the office staff (and this is always the case more times than not) when called upon post surgery via a phone call that they act adversely, rudely, unprofessional and sometimes irritatingly unconcerned to a patients needs when requesting personal information about the outcome of their surgery. My mother was told to find a new doctor to complete her needed colonoscopy since the Doc has suspended hospital rights effective 8/1/25. No explanation as to why. Waste of time and copay!
