I CANNOT say enough about my insurance agent. Recently Big Red (my truck)was "hit and run" while parked at a local restaurant. Today I went to pick her up at the body shop and the check corporate had sent me was processed incorrectly. The body shop tried to get ahold of Allstate but told me they were closed as it was after 5.
