Very cooperative and patient agent. He even mowed our lawn before we move into our new house. Because the seller didn’t cut it for a while and the grass was too long at the entrances of the house. While I was thinking I should cut the grass before I arrive with the furnitures, he already had the grass cut by himself after the closing day of the purchase and sell. He didn’t have to do that yet still he did it which helped me a lot initially. Thank you Michael.
