We can't speak highly enough of Cardiac Surgical Specialists Team and Doctor Bufkin. The entire experience, from the moment we walked in, was fantastic. The staff, Colleen, Jackie, Rob and Carol were friendly and efficient. Doctor Bufkin was not only knowledgeable but, also took the time to address all our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend Doctor Bufkin and his Team.
This doctor has no respect for her patients. After making an appointment and waiting a whole month, her assistant called an hour before the appointment to tell us that the doctor did not want to complete the appointment and that we could look for another service provider.
Dr. Heiman, A wonderful, caring, understanding, man that has the greatest knowledge of the job he does.
It’s four weeks since Dr Bufkin did open heart surgery on me and I am recovering very well. The after op care has been wonderful, Dr Bufkin has an excellent team behind him including Tom, an amazing PA, Theyhava, an RN and Aaron, Colleen and Carol in the office. Thank you all.
Dr. Heitman, his surgical team & office staff are The Best Around. Dr. Heitman is nice to talk to. He spends all the time needed for you to understand your up coming surgery and feel very comfortable about what is ahead of you. My First surgery in my life at 70 years old, all went well, healing quickly and feeling better by the day. I Highly recommend Dr Heitman, The Best with a wonderful and friendly office staff.
I highly recommend Dr. Lewis for his outstanding care. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that I understand. His clear explanations and patient-centered approach make me feel valued, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. As an accomplished interventional cardiologist, Dr. Lewis brings expertise and compassion to every interaction. I'm very grateful to have him as my Cardiologist!!!
Great doctor front desk handled very poor, felt disrespected and had to change doctors due to the way they handle you at front desk. Would not recommend you use this location if you want your visits handled correctly.
I called the office to learn more about the practice. Just some general questions to help see if we would be a good fit. The person told me that the only way was to pay for an appointment and then ask my questions. I asked for a second time if it was possible to talk to someone that might just answer a couple questions and then set up an appointment and they said that was not an option.
