I have requested medical records for Insurance. Cardiologist, Dermatologist, VA. Multiple times as well as signed release forms for all of the above. This practice has not released any of my Medical records.
Your secretary hurts me an let me sit only to take blood (a 5 minute job ) more then 1 1/2 hours. I had to leave without a seeing the Dr or Receptionist And we tried it a 2. time with appointment after they called for an earlier time. And it happened again with my wife as a winded They let us wait almost 1 hour or more until we are so tired that we had to leave again. I m sorry for this Dr but to give me penalty for what ever is not the correct way l Never again Dr. Kasabian
Doesn't seem interested in patient. Not much communication. Doesn't follow through with referrals.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kasabian almost every 3 months since 2011? 2012? Not one time since I started going have I had an unpleasant experience. Even back when I was severely overweight due to PCOS, never did Dr. Kasabian blame any of my medical issues on weight. He always cared to help me find a real diagnosis and offer solutions. Dr. Kasabian is a great doctor he listen to anything I have to say, need or want and he explained to me where I could understand I have a severe bilateral hearing loss he put his mask down so I can read his lips so I could understand what he is saying If something that I did not make sense he tells me and I will try to explain it again to him the best of my knowledge if not better my fiancé will try and explain it to him the best of his knowledge the staff members that worked with him are wonderful the office is clean I woul... read more
Appointment time honored, intake process thorough and efficient, doctor attentive and skilled.
If I am ill or just need a check up I feel welcome at this office. Everyone is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Kasabian listens to what I am saying and explains things so you can understand what’s going on. I greatly appreciate this team of care givers immensely! Thank you to the staff of West Florida Medical Group!
The visit was great they fit me in as soon as they had an opening.. i explained my issue took an x-ray they have a machine in office and got diagnosis of long time issue..prescribed meds felt better upon taking meds imediately.
Dr. K is the best! He's personable but pretty much all business and gets the visit done. That's what I want. I don't have time to sit around waiting. He has gotten my blood pressure down over 30 points since I started seeing him in September 2019.
