Front desk have no manners, PA has no manners and doctor does not care. This was our initial consultation for knee surgery and it went terrible. It clearly showed they didn’t care about their patients at all. Went somewhere else and had 10x better experience. There is no credibility on a good care here, very disappointed
Had a right knee full replacement and Doctor Kaplan and his staff were excellent
Very efficient at the office. No wait time at all.
I had a fingertip amputation on a forklift and I was treated by Dr. Kaplan he's very good in his line of work I posted the picture of my finger when it happened 2 years ago and now I just posted how it turned out this is 2 years later
