Why can't front desk behave they are adults acting like a child. Shame this front office needs to be train in behavior, bad attitude only lead to patients not welcoming. Retrain or Replace. God don't like Ugly. !
Front desk have no manners, PA has no manners and doctor does not care. This was our initial consultation for knee surgery and it went terrible. It clearly showed they didn’t care about their patients at all. Went somewhere else and had 10x better experience. There is no credibility on a good care here, very disappointed
Had a right knee full replacement and Doctor Kaplan and his staff were excellent
Very efficient at the office. No wait time at all.
