Allstate has been so helpful! Deserea was extremely helpful and kind. I had to make a claim for hail damage through my HOA and I had no idea what I was doing. Deserea made this process so easy and seamless. They are very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Allstate.
I insure no less than 5 vehicles, motor home and 3 residences. This policy was too much for this agency. Their customer service is almost non-existent and forget about a licensed agent's personal service, they fired the one who sold me the policy. I can't wait for the policy to expire, I will move it to a local allstate agency that has a positive review.
Pretty disappointed. Deanna quoted our home. When another agency reviewed her quote, it was missing critical coverages. Deanna also did not know the answers to a couple questions I had. When I asked my new agent these questions, he not only knew the answers but told me it was disturbing that Deanna didn’t. Yes, maybe she can save you a buck, but I really feel like she was trying to sell me a terrible insurance policy. Poor experience. Double check your quotes elsewhere. Not a trustworthy agency or sales person.
Deanna was extremely courteous and helped my wife and I save over $200 a month on our car insurance and over $1,000 on our homeowners insurance. Definitely recommend people reach out to her if you are shopping around for insurance.
