Can't recommend Kalush and team enough when I talk to friends about looking for a new insurance provider. I worked with Desiree recently and she took the time explain the different options to get me the level of coverage I'm comfortable with. There is so much that goes into insurance coverage and she answered all my questions in a way that helped me understand the different aspects of the policy options. I called mainly about home insurance and ended up moving my auto policy as well.

I worked with Mike and his team this year and it was the first time that I had great experience working with anyone in the insurance industry. It was easy, which I really appreciated and liked. I have also worked with Mike professionally and I cannot say enough nice things about him. He is so kind, really wants to help people, and is genuinely a good person.

Was in the market to see if another insurance carrier could provide options for home/auto/liability umbrella insurance, so reached out to this Allstate agent. So far, glad that I did - saving some money based on an apples-to-apples comparison from our previous carrier. If you can, ask for Crystal - she is a friendly, prompt and knowledgeable rep at this Allstate agency, and she is great to work with. Will continue with this agency for our family's insurance needs. Recommended!
