Very poor customer service. I replaced the battery in 2 watches, and less than a month later , both watches stop working. I asked the owner to replace the batteries for new ones and he said that was my problem.
I went there with my 2,000$ chain and they offered me 260$.. that’s the type of business they are keep that in mind when you go there..even the pawn shop at 149th told me they offered me 1,000$.
Great work for more then 20 years
Amazing service, everyone is very helpful and Michael is very sweet and knowledgeable. As someone who likes jewelry, I am definitely becoming a regular customer
Solid place if they ever got their hours correct. So many times I go when they're supposed to be open and they're closed.
