Dr. Mertz had a great bedside manner! Took time to answer questions and listen to you! Didn’t make you feel rushed to get you out of a room for another patient to be seen! Medicine needs to go back to where Doctors take time to listen and explain things to patients! Dr. Mertz did an excellent jobs at this! Thank you!
