The second lender appraised the property significantly higher, but instead of acting with integrity, he attempted to sabotage the deal. Out of jealousy and frustration over not getting the loan, he unethically inserted himself into a situation he was no longer a part of, badmouthing another lender and trying to manipulate the client. I would never work with a lender who lacks professionalism and ethics like that.
