He talked. Me through everything which made my anxiety go away. The. Staff were so friendly and sweet. She reassured me my whole visit that everything was gonna be alright. I loved it there! I hate going to see the dentist but if I had to then I'd rather see dr.gavin because I know he'll take care of me. The music he plays is also nice. I will tell everyone to go see him.

Definitely not a people person. Very painful experience. I was given X-rays and they were jammed into my back teeth area without bending the thick cardboard. I complained but was told I was too sensitive. My gums had to heal from the cuts. I was given antibiotics to take and he said to come in to try to save a tooth after an initial consultation. When I came in to be worked on he told me to pull the tooth. He did not like to hear me wince when he gave me an injection, so he pulled out the syringe after giving me enough anest... read more

I went to Dr. Gavin for an evaluation because I had tooth pain and believed I needed a root canal. I was totally taken aback by the shabbiness of the office. It was a far cry from state-of-the-art. He took xrays and looked at them through a light bulb (no light boxes in sight, or computers in the exam room) and didn't perform any sensitivity tests on the tooth. Cannot begin to commend the staff, as well as Dr. Gavin, on their professionalism and skill for making a person extremely comfortable during what should be a painful and unenjoyable treatment. This is my second one performed there and I'm still amazed at how quick and painless it's been both times. Dr. Gavin and his staff were extremely pleasant and professional. The care that I received was exceptional and for root canals, you know that's important! I would highly recommend Dr. Gavin to anyone needing dental care.
