My wife's Acura got hit by someone. This shop was recommended to us as a preferred Acura repair shop. And I was impressed with their professionalism, especially from Evan. We got an appointment around 2 weeks after the accident. When I dropped of the car, I was told it takes around 10 days to fix the car which I thought was a long time (I dropped it off after they got all the parts so the 10 days were not to wait for parts but for actual work). I recently took my car to Michael J’s Body Shop after being rear-ended at a stoplight. While the accident itself was minor, dealing with repairs is never something you look forward to. From start to finish, the experience here made everything so much easier. Evan was incredible. These people will Mickey Mouse your vehicle I took in my Yukon Denali for a super simple job of a new ignition and new lock indicator aswell as a new steering wheel adjuster bar they completely forgot to even replace the steering wheel adjusting bar when I picked it up he told me that they would call me when they found the part so I can return and have it installed 2 weeks later I called to see if there was any updates and he said the part was talking long to arrive after that I never heard back it’s been months now. once I ... read more
