Very helpful, provided details information on both auto and health supplement policy.
After switching from CA to TX for auto insurance in the beginning of 2024, we assumed maybe the intense increase in auto insurance was normal for TX (we learned it wasn't, when we called our old insurance...). We took one of the vehicles back to CA so we had to switch it back to our original local State Farm branch, by doing this, this State Farm branch UPcharged us an insane amount when having to "reconfigure" the policy. Tianna was extremely patient, helpful and cheerful throughout the whole process of trying to find me the best bundled order and she was able to make amends and tweak the policy to my liking and comfort. I highly recommend working with Tianna if you are looking for a great quote and also be able to patiently tweak the policy to your satisfaction.
