Dr. Florence is a scientist/physician. I really enjoy his presence and spirit.
I have seldom met any health care practitioner who possessed the honesty and integrity of Dr. Florence. He will not promise a result or perform a procedure that he does not feel 100% confidence in. If he says it, it is the truth. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone. You can't go wrong.
Dr. Florence and all of his office staff made for a great experience with my gum graft from the initial consultation through all follow ups. Dr. Florence's vast knowledge and experience is very clear and made me feel at ease and well taken care of. He even called me 24 hours after the procedure to check in. The staff was fantastic in scheduling, verifying and explaining insurance and billing as well as follow up with questions, including about recovery. I absolutely recommend this office!
