Maybe we caught this doctor on the wrong day. But as soon as he walked in the door he gave me attitude because I ask for an oxygen tank for my mother that has been seeing him for years. She is a total laryngectomy patient with severe copd and I wanted to make sure I had enough oxygen to get her home and didn't know how long we would be in his office let alone get caught in traffic on the way home. I’ve been a patient at St. E physician group for several years (30+) and have had a great experience with all of my GPs (although most have since retired). I’ve sought and seen Michael Duncan several times during this period and he is an absolute gem! He has a great bedside manner and takes care to explain things at just the right level of detail. My visits are consistently anxiety-free and I love having him on my care team!
