1) My first visit they shot at least 12 xrays of my teeth, my previous dentist would take 4, not sure if due to older technology or lack of training. 2) Mid-teeth cleaning, hygienist was interrupted by the dentist so he could examine my teeth and leave for lunch - lack of professionalism and common courtesy. 3) I paid up front for a dental procedure.
