When I asked about headaches said he can give me something for that. I didn't ask for more pills, asked about what may be causing them. I have called 3 times for results of MRI and no response each time.

Dr.Jacoby spent my entire appointment with his AirPods in his ears. He also spend most of the time in my exam room, typing something on his computer. He barely responded to questions and concerns I was sharing. I stopped talking and he just kept typing. He wrote “somatoform component should also be considered.” I had NEVER HEARD OF THIS!! He also never verbalized those words, and when I mentioned it in a message, his nurse called me and said that I brought it up (NO) and there was nothing more they could do. Sending me to Un... read more

I take writing reviews very seriously and if there is any way to remedy a situation directly, I always seek to do that, so it is quite rare that I write anything negative. In this case, I have tried every avenue and failed so the best I can do is to persuade others to choose any other neurologist beside Dr Jacoby. We waited one year for an appointment with him for my husband's seizures. Upon walking into the office at 10:01 and waiting in line to give his name, we were informed that since we were late, they would try to fit ... read more

I went for sudden loss of balance spells. I got an MRI and lab work done per the docs orders. A nurse Becca called me with results three weeks after my MRI - after I had called the office twice asking to talk to the doc. Becca said that the doc never calls patients back. When I asked her about my results she said she didnt know why he had ordered some specific blood work but would ask him and get back to me.I called the office three more times. A week later Becca calls me back and says they are normal even though the results... read more

I was nervous to see Jacoby because of the reviews. I'm really glad I went though. I had my initial appointment yesterday; Dr. Jacoby was very nice, caring, attentive, and listened to me. I felt comfortable and relaxed. He's ordered some tests that make sense to me.

I would not let him treat my dog. He either lies or is totally oblivious to what the main organs are in the human body. He should be doing anything besides making decisions for people which affects their health and their life.

Dr Jacoby was dismissive, narcissistic and tried to make his words mine in my chart. He actually told me women love him because he maxes out their topamax and it helps them lose weight. He refused to look up from his computer and actually listen to me and when I broke down crying, he called me verbose. I tried to express my concerns and he decided they were caused by a medication I had only been on for a short tome yet the symptoms started prior to the medication then he wrote in my chart that it was my idea and my thoughts ... read more

I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Jacoby. He was straight to the point and addressed my concerns. I came out with a diagnosis and treatment plan that’s working for me. I was a little sceptical going into my appointment because I read reviews here first, but I’m glad that was not my experience. He was courteous and didn’t waste my time with an unnecessarily long appointment. Maybe some people want to complain to their doctor for 2 hours but not me, that’s not realistic or necessary
