I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for 23 years. He has handled my orthopedic injuries and needs with no issues or challenges. My most recent surgery required a Full Revision to my left knee, which was replaced 23 years ago. Dr. Jacobs and his staff were very professional and caring from my first visit, through my surgery, to my post op check-up visit. They were very helpful in explaining what kind of surgical procedure Dr. Jacobs recommended, thorough in scheduling the procedure, answering my questions about what I was going to experience during my surgery and hospital stay, checking in on me after surgery in the hospital, and answering my questions on the two occasions that I called their office from home.
