Very pleased. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jacobs took his time, explained the procedure he would be doing, and patiently addressed all my concerns. I feel very good about having him do my surgery.
Dr. Jacobs did a Partial Knee Replacement on me. Physical therapy says I am doing Amazing.I feel like I am doing Great and still improving. Dr. Jacobs is an excellent surgeon, and a nice man. His team from his Office, his Surgery Coordinator, his Surgery Team at Union Memorial have all been excellent. Treating me like I was only thing on their mind.
Dr. Jacobs was absolutely amazing! He spent the time with me, he was very informative, and meticulous in coming to his determination. He kept it loose by joking with my wife and I. It was such a great experience. His PA Alex was just as great going over my x-rays. Dr. Jacobs even explained why he did a second set of x-rays. I will be having my left hip replaced. They went over my x-rays with me, showed me the difference between my right hip, and my left hip. Such an awesome experience!
I highly recommend Dr. Jacob’s and the MedStar team. No longer in pain when I walk. I would give them 10 stars if I could.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
