Both sides of my family have been with Dr Z. for as long as I can remember. My grandmother was unable to open her moth very wide, and Dr Z and his staff worked around her limitations. He's always been a very compassionate and caring Dr, making a trip to the dentist as relaxing as possible. I now bring my own children to see Dr Zichterman. I highly reccomend him.

Not a clue. One mistake is too many, especially when having the wrong tooth filled. Not up to date on bleaching/whitening techniques. Made bleach trays incorrectly. Found out in Phoenix, AZ., of all places, that the uber-white spots on my teeth after whitening were due to the composition of my tooth enamel, and would fade in a week or two - he was unaware of this, and did 'zoom' whitening on top of the bleaching.
