Dr. Walls was no help at all! He acted like I was wasting his time and was very standoffish and had an arrogance about himself. I had a spinal fusion and was left in more pain after the surgery. I tried to explain to him my issues and concerns but he was very short with me and had absolutely no sympathy. All he offered was acupuncture or medical marijuana. Seriously? Medical marijuana? I was sent to Dr.Walls for the cortisone /epidural injections in my back.I repeatedly asked if this was gonna help my Hip and Leg, his answer was It should. I got the injections on a Tuesday, Dec 30th Then on Thursday & Part of Friday I felt really good,I was finally able to enjoy my day. Never realized how big OrthoCincy really is. I have seen a few different doctors here, all exceptional. While the doctors are very good they have a support staff also just as good. You are well taken care of from the time you hit their door until you leave. Everyone is very nice and they always check to make sure all your questions are answered. They also respect your time. They move you through the process very efficiently while being thorough.
