Dr. Walls is rude, uncaring, and disrespectful. He discussed me and my care negatively with his staff directly outside the room where I sat waiting. He basically said to me he did not know why I was there and blamed me for scheduling the followup appointment when his staff actually made it. I do not understand how he is still practicing.
