I have had nothing but problems with the office here. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS OFFICE! The actual hygienists are fine and they clean my teeth well so I'm very upset that I am going to have to change dentists. I have had them change appointments for me and my husband without consulting us and then telling us that we missed out appointment time and needed to come back. I also have had problems paying bills because I would ask to pay my balanace and my husbands and they would tell me it was together and then send me a bil... read more

They are Not willing to work with people with Family Emergencies. Due to COVID my wife is on call and we have a young son. I could not make an appointment and they charged me $50. After explaining my situation multiple times, they said they could not remove the charge. I am very disappointed and they need to have more compassion for their patients. I would Stay clear of this dentist office.
Patient receives bill for a 6-month-old procedure from when this dentist assumed it would be covered by insurance. This office failed to confirm with the insurance company and never once mentioned to the patient that the procedure might not be covered, so 6 months later they unfairly/unprofessionally pass the bill ($$$$) onto the patient
