Dr Unger and staff are dishonest. Went in for a physical, reviewed my history. I had no new complaints. Was billed for a physical an office visit. Now Advocate will not reverse the charge and I have to appeal with my insurance. This is sad cause I’m a 24 year employee at Advocate. This practice should be ashamed. Won’t be coming back.
Very patient, respectful and professional doctor.
Very rude and was making assumptions and wrote my after notes as completely different than what i was there for just to ask a question if i needed antibiotics or not.
I have been going to Dr. Unger for 20 years. You will not find a more knowledgeable, patient focused MD than Dr. Mike.
New primary care doctor for me. Took time to go through current and past med history in detail. Have worked a plan to have issues taken care of that had to be cancelled because of Covid. Now getting many issues addressed and have info as to why. I am deaf and entire staff was very accommodating to make sure I understood everything.
