Went to Dr. Stark for a second opinion because I was not happy with the first Doctor I went to.. Dr. Stark was very sympathetic to my complaint about my right arm and shoulder pain. He also performed surgery on my daughter’s back and today she is completely healed. He offered a cortisone shot, where the first Doctor did not, I felt relief right away… now just waiting for the full effect of the cortisone to take. Very disappointing experience with Dr.Stark today. The appointment felt rushed from the moment he walked in, and the entire consultation lasted only a couple of minutes. I came prepared with questions regarding my cervical spine pain, shoulder pain, and symptoms affecting my daily life, but I barely had the opportunity to speak before being quickly dismissed with a recommendation for pills and physical therapy. Dr. Michael Stark is nothing short of outstanding! My partner was suffering from a PARs defect, in excruciating pain for nearly a year. It was determined that she needed to have surgery. Dr Stark made us feel comfortable and confident during our first visit, explaining the surgery required in detail and very patiently answered all of our questions. She's since had the surgery and is the healing process. Many thank to Dr Stark, his staff and the care she was given at West Boca Medical.
