I have called your office repeatedly since November 19th to schedule an appointment and have not been able to get in touch with anybody from your office. I have left a total of 7 voicemails. The only call back I received was a call I missed on the 22nd by about 10 seconds. I immediately returned the call and still could not get in touch with anyone. Dr. Spence is one of those rare doctors that really cares about his patients. He asked all the right questions, made a treatment plan, and took time to explain it. His wife was working in the office and was very caring as well.
Dr. Michael Spence- is an amazing and respectful physician. He takes time to actively listen, respond, and helps the patient be at ease during the entire process. He educates the patient on all the available options and their pros/cons. He is non judgmental and treats me like a patient and colleague. I like how easy it is to view everything on your pt portal and request appointments. Dr. Is fast with getting medication filled and ordered for you.
