Dr. Shapiro was not able to help my daughter, and that’s ok, but promised to contact other colleagues for support and we stopped hearing from him; never got an answer when we asked for updates.
Dr. Shapiro is an amazing doctor! Polite and reliable! I trust all his decisions. Des Plaines office staff is great and helpful. I recommend Dr Shapiro with all my heart.
The one positive was the reception area and first technician I saw in the office were good. As for the service itself, I give a zero. I had an appointment for 9:30 this morning and at 11:30 I got up and left because I had not been seen yet by Dr. Shapiro. I don't know how you can have people wait 2 hours an expect people to be happy. What is the point in having an appointment with a doctor if your appointment time isn't being met. Find another doctor who respects their patients time.
