Professional , friendly , quick. Actual human answers the phone instead of a computer. Booking an appointment took less than 10 minutes. Fixed what I wanted fixed and didn't give me the typical run around. Highly recommend.
He was able to diagnose a hairline fracture in my toe that others overlooked (X-ray in house is great), but… when pain continued after healing, his answer was that it was all in my head and to push through it and get back to hiking as usual.
