Mr Primus and his staff are wonderful, when your in a bind and my mother had just passed and due to putting her as a priority and letting my debits pile up and debit lawyers are now coming after you. He made sure that I understood life happens and bankruptcy is not as bad as it sounds and of course there was nothing wrong with putting my mother first.
