Dr.Poss takes the time to ask questions about the patient’s wellbeing. Dr. Poss staff is excellent in having the patient feel comfortable and asking questions about how the patient is doing.
Kind and caring very professional made me feel very comfortable before the procedure kind of during and after.
Probably the friendliest, thorough physician’s office I have ever been to. Staff was awesome and made you feel very comfortable. Dr. Potts was exceptional. He explained everything before and during the procedure. Continuously asked if you were doing ok I couldn’t ask for a better experience!
