Mr. O'Brien does not return calls, but he will charge you for listening to your messages. He makes decisions without your knowing regarding your case. He charges high fees while you do most of the work for yourself. I fought for my quit claim deed to be signed by my ex on my own, but O'Brien got possession of it and now won't give it to me or any of the other necessary paperwork needed for my refinance and for my kids access to their college funds.
