Impossible to speak with anyone if I do get transfer I get hung up on. Left a voice mail weeks ago & still no response from their staff.
Dr. McDonnell listened carefully to me. I felt like he really cares. The nurses are wonderful
Called to make an appointment. Phone kept ringing then put on hold. Waited for 22 mins no answered. Called a second time same thing phone kept ringing and no answer.
Terrible care. My mom has been his patient for several years. Recently, she was in the hospital with an infection. For follow up, Dr. McDonnell never examined her or even came near her. He spoke to us from across the room. Same infection came back for my mom yesterday. We saw the nurse practitioner who confirmed the infection, but put her antibiotic on hold.
