This Dentist is amazing. I have a special needs son and he is the only Dr. able to work on him without putting him out. My daughter is a teenager and also really likes him. You do have to specifically ask for Dr. Mike as there are other dentists in his office who are good but if you have a very sensitive child then get Dr. Mike for the first time.
Dr. McCartney became my pediatric dentist after some really bad experiences with dentists. In fact, I went to him until I was 21! Now my children go to him. He makes going to the dentist a positive expeirence and not scary. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and I know I can trust that it is clean and my children will be well taken care of! My son actually asks to go to the dentist (even after he had a filling).
McCartney's practice, skill, experience, and superb kid+parent bedside manner is refined to an art form. The staff service rivals Nordstroms. Work well with sizable billings and directly answer all insur, fin'l, services-provided FAQs. They never avoid answering, never give a 'run around'. Both Thill + McCartney at that clinic are the cream of our County's pediatric DDS crop.
